RESERVATIONS, QUOTE GUARANTEES AND DEPOSITS - A deposit of $100. 00 per itinerary is required at time of booking for all land arrangements for tour group and non-tour group travel. In most cases a deposit of $100. 00 per person is required to guarantee the airfares quoted for tour group arrangements For non-tour group air arrangements, the total amount for airfare is due at the time of booking in order to guarantee the quote. No reservation is considered firm and prices are subject to change until we receive a deposit or a full payment. Land prices are only guaranteed at the time of receipt of full payment
PAYMENTS - Full payment in US dollars for tour group arrangements and non-tour group arrangements is due no later than 60 days prior to the departure date Bookings made within 60 days of departure are subject to immediate payment in full. Payments are accepted money order and should be mailed to

AIRLINE AND AIRPORT DEPARTURE TAXES AND CHARGES - All airline and airport taxes are not included in the final quote. Information on airline and airport departure taxes and charges is available at

CANCELLATIONS - All cancellations must be received in writing Cancellations for land arrangements received up to 45 days before departure are subject to the loss of the deposit Cancellations for land arrangements received between 44 days and 30 days before departure are subject to a loss of 50% of the land costs Cancellations for land arrangements received less than 30 days before departure are subject to the loss of 100% of the land costs Air ticket cancellations are subject to the restrictions listed by the airlines
CHANGES - Changes made up to 45 days before departure are subject to a $25. 00 per person, per change handling fee. This charge will be over and above any charges imposed by airhnes and/or hotels. Changes are subject to space availability, rates, discounts and booking conditions in effect at the time of the changes
VISAS
- Travel to some countries requires a valid passport and
entry visa It is the sole responsibility of the client to
make sure their documents are up to date and in order, "Baikal
Travel Co." will gladly assist in obtaining the necessary
visas in most cases for an extra fee. It is the client's
responsibil ity to notify "Baikal Travel Co."
if they will be needing this assistance. "Baikal Travel
Co. "is not responsible for the refusal of any visa
to an individual by a consulate In the event that visa refusal
causes late cancellation, the cancellation fees outlined
above will apply.
INSURANCE - Travel insurance is not included in any travel arrangements. We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance, covering trip cancellations, baggage loss and damage, medical expenses and accidents.

REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES - Refunds for unused nights at hotels are refundable only in cases when they cover a minimum of 2 consecutive nights and only when

Co. "receives a refund from the hotel, after deducting cancellation charges levied by the hotel, if any. Unused transfers and/or sightseeing excursions will be refunded only in cases when the supplier sends a refund to

Co.". To be accepted, all refund requests should be presented no later than 30 days after the trip has ended. No refund requests will be accepted after this 30 day period
LIABILITY - The client understands that in some cases he/she will be traveling to less developed countries where delays, accidents and inconveniences may occur. The client also understands that

Co." cannot always be sure the suppliers and partners they work with will always live up to western industrial nation standards in honesty, cleanliness and convenience The client waives all further claims against
"Baikal Travel
Co." and fully releases any and all liability for any accident to their person, or any physical illness incurred during the client's travels or upon their return. The client understands that neither

Co." nor any supplier or partner they work with is responsible for the client's personal health and well-being.
RESPONSIBILLITY "Baikal Travel Co." and associated companies have made arrangements for all tours described herein "Baikal Travel Co." acts on behalf of railroads, bus companies, hotels, airlines, and foreign ground operators who provide services in connection with the tours included herein. Vouchers and other travel documents are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier and the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied

Co." will not be responsible for personal injury or property damage or loss arising out of the act of the negligence of any direct carrier, hotel, or any other person or persons rendering any of the services or accommodations offered on these tours, Further, the tour participant agrees that neither

Co." nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any transportation, accommodations, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, dangers incident to sea, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of or changes m itinerary, or schedules, or from any cause beyond

Co."'s control, or for any loss or damage resulting from insufficient or improperly issued passports, visas, or other documents, that neither
"Baikal Travel
Co." nor any of its affiliates shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses or liability sustained or incurred by the tour participant as results of any of the foregoing causes, referred to herein or resulting from the negligence or default of any person, corporation, or other entity engaged to provide the same.
